The two-ram lift is the classic among utility vehicle lifts.
Each ram has its own drive unit and can be operated both synchronously and independently.
Load distribution
The lifting system with “bypass control valve technology” ensures smooth and even lifting and lowering of vehicles with different weight distributions on the axles.
The number of lifting rams can be freely chosen from two to seven, depending on the requirements.
Typically, one ram is fixed, while the others are movable.
Depending on the axle spacing of the vehicles to be lifted, optionally all rams can be installed as movable units.

Instead of pits, freely configurable multi-post lifts are used in commercial vehicle workshops.
The classic 2-post lifts are used for 2-axle vehicles, such as trucks, vans, and semi-trucks. For multi-axle vehicles, such as complete truck trains, semi-trailers, crane vehicles, container transporters, etc., lifts with several freely movable lifting units are necessary.
Multi-post lifts with 4 or more lifting units can be used in split configurations, e.g., as 2 x 2 single lifts.

To minimize setup times while increasing operator comfort and significantly improving ergonomics, the use of the electromotive adapter adjustment is recommended. Individual, stepless right/left adjustment of the adapters is provided.
For the various lifting points on vehicles, JAB offers a comprehensive range of available adapters. The range of adapters is stored sorted in the adapter trolley (optional accessory) and is therefore quickly available. Simply replace the adapter on the lift and your commercial vehicle can be lifted to suit your individual requirements.

Due to sufficient underbody clearance of most commercial vehicles, the use of the economically optimised “local recessed version/parking position” is recommended.
The various different lifting points can easily be reached by using lengthwise-adjustable lifting units.
