The 2-Ram lift, available in a wide variety of versions, is the classic solution in workshops. Thanks to its versatile applications, it can be found at different workstations—each adapted to specific requirements.
JAB 2-Ram lifts of the “TwinRam” series come standard with directly acting high-pressure cylinders, separate guide rods, and a wear-free crossbar for synchronization.
This clever, slim, and robust design ensures maximum durability with minimal operating, service, and maintenance costs.
The load is transferred via the foundation frame into the floor slab, resulting in minimal planning and construction costs. All lifts are also available in flush-mounted versions.
This lift is always the right choice.
2-Ram Lift Type
Telescopic Version
A wide range of special versions—perfectly suited for integration into various building layouts and requirements
For the installation of the lift in cases of
- limited installation space,
- high groundwater levels, or
- in intermediate floors,
there are two different telescopic versions available.
Depending on the specific application and design, either a variant with a mechanical cross-connection (“TwinRam Tele”) or a completely flexible version without any cross-connection (“TwinRam Tele-VH”) can be used.
2-Ram Lift Type
TwinRam for Installation in Ceiling
Standard lift for installation in intermediate floors.
Installing a modified “TwinRam” standard lift with individual mounting plates into an intermediate floor is a viable option if there is sufficient installation depth.
Since the load transfer in all JAB lifts is standardly directed into the floor slab of the storey, this provides a technically optimal and economically ideal solution.
The design with individual mounting plates instead of a continuous foundation frame enables installation in cored holes.
2-in-1-Lifts
with Post Lift Function
Ideal for your workshop’s reception area.
Simply drive on, inspect with the customer, and start working. Thanks to the additional lift function and a wide variety of support options, the reception process is quick and easy.
Two combined lifts at one workstation make quick vehicle lifting easier. The main lift raises the vehicle by the wheels, while the post lift raises it wheel-free.
Solutions range from floor-mounted drive-up rails and flat beams to recessed models with pneumatic floor compensation. Or—exclusively available from JAB—with Essmann supports on the main lift and swing-arm supports on the post lift. This enables complete underbody clearance.

2-Ram Lift Type
MultiRam
Just the right choice when you need multiple lifts in your workshop.
MultiRam—this is flexibility. From installation and operation to optional expansion.
With JAB’s most flexible lift concept, various lift workstations are installed in a continuous concrete channel instead of individual foundations or steel cassette.
The foundation frame and lift construction are designed so that 1- and 2-post lifts with load capacities from 3.0 tons to 6.5 tons can be used.
To achieve maximum working freedom, DuoRam and TwinRam vehicle lifting systems—ideal for workshop workflows and adapted to the available space—can be placed side by side.
The lifts are clamped into the installation frame, and any resulting openings are sealed.
Fast Setup Times
Combined with a wide variety of vehicle supports and adapters, the DuoRam and TwinRam lift workstations can be quickly configured according to the vehicle type and the intended tasks.
