JAB offers a wide range of “at hand” options that make working with the lift in your workshop faster, easier, and safer.
For example, pneumatic floor leveling can automatically cover the recesses with panels during lifting. These ensure greater safety when working on the lifting platform.
Alternatively, a indicator light can be installed. Using the end-position sensor integrated into each lifting unit, the electric control system can indicate via a red/green light whether the lift is in its lowest position. This allows vehicles to be driven onto and off the lift safely—especially ideal for vehicles with low ground clearance, such as low-floor buses.
Optimized Foundation Costs and Construction Time
Single-walled steel-cassette
The single-walled steel-cassette is tight welded, tested in accordance with the German Water Resources Act (WHG), and primed. The steel cassette serves as permanent formwork and simplifies the construction process. This can reduce foundation costs, This can reduce foundation costs, especially when integrating lifting systems into existing buildings.
Double-walled steel-cassette
The double-walled, self-supporting steel cassette, consisting of an inner and outer formwork, is designed as fill-chamber construction.
It is delivered with its own statics and detailed documentation and filled with concrete on site. No additional on site formwork is required. This minimizes the construction time.

Reduced Setup Times
Automatic Adapter Adjustment
Electromotive transverse adjustment of the load-adapters: The adapters can be precisely positioned individually (right/left) at the push of a button via remote control. Available as a “plug & play solution” for both new projects and existing systems. This minimizes setup times and significantly improves ergonomics and increases safety.
Camera System Extension
The position of the load-adapters can be monitored with two cameras per lifting unit.
The image is displayed on a color display, either on the control panel or on the remote control.
The cameras can be pneumatically retracted into the covers
Program-Controlled Positioning
Automatic wheelbase positioning incl. touch display
All lift controls can be equipped with a touch display. In addition to vehicle information, real-time data and lifting system parameters can also be displayed here.
The automatic wheelbase positioning (AWBP) enables a program-controlled approach to defined lifting points, which significantly minimizes setup times.
The vehicle fleet can be stored in advance with vehicle-specific information in the memory.
This parameterization allows vehicle-specific lifting positions to be called up and the lifting units to be positioned automatically.
Remote Control and Interfaces
Remote Control
In addition to the wired control panel, the lifting system can also be operated via a radio remote control. This allows the user to operate the lifting system without the limitations of a cable.
The radio remote control has an integrated range limiter, which means that no additional release button is required.
The receiver is pluggable via a machine plug.
System Communication
JAB lift platforms are used in modern, increasingly networked workshops.
Information exchange with a control centre, communication with adjacent machines, roof work stands, or hall gates are now standard requirements. A corresponding concept will be tailored to your needs.
A supplementary remote maintenance concept facilitates service and reduces maintenance costs through targeted technical status queries.

Floor Leveling
Pneumatic floor leveling for fully recessed and locally recessed versions.
During lifting, the recess under the load devices is automatically covered with pneumatically actuated panels.
This minimizes the risk of tripping and injury.
Red/Green Indicator Light
Indicator light for the lower end position of the load lifting device.
Each lifting unit has an end position sensor.
The red/green light, mounted on the electronic control unit, signals by “green” that all lifting units are in the lowest position before the lift can be driven onto or off the vehicle.
The indicator light can be expanded with additional colors and functions.

Adapters are always required in order to be able to lift as many vehicle types as possible.
Lifts can therefore be used for classic vehicles and trailers as well as industrial trucks, etc.
Many adapters at hand
To ensure that everything is in order and the adapters are easily accessible for quick changes, there is a mobile adapter trolley for your workshop. With the adapter trolley, the vehicle mounting adapters can be quickly rolled to the lifting platform workstations. The vehicle mounting adapters can be quickly replaced in a few simple steps.
The mounting adapters that are not required are quickly inserted into the adapter trolley and are sorted and available for use at another lifting platform workstation.

Rail-guided “energy supply” control panel – for flexible installation on hall supports and walls.
The elegant solution for having protected energy and control cables available over the entire length of the system. No tripping, no running over, protection of the cables from rapid wear.
